Over Jim
Voordat ik Jignite startte, heb ik bij diverse Fortune 500 bedrijven gewerkt zoals ING bank, Johnson Controls, EY, en Atos. Ook heb ik twintig jaar bij de Koninklijke Landmacht gewerkt. Meer gedetailleerde informatie over mijn loopbaan en mijn recente publicaties kun je vinden op LinkedIn.
Ik ben een senior professional met meer dan 36 jaar ervaring op het gebied van leiderschap, leren en ontwikkelen. Een leven lang leren en ontwikkelen is echt op mij van toepassing. Ik heb een MSc in leertechnologie van de Universiteit van Sheffield (Engeland), een MBA (met distinctie) van de Maastricht school of Management, een HBO in Opleidingskunde van de Hogeschool Arnhem/Nijmegen, en een diploma in Business Development & Leadership van de Rotterdam School of Management.
Tot slot ben ik Prosci® gecertificeerd (change management methodologie), Social Styles® gecertificeerd en een Internationaal gecertificeerde trainer/facilitator (IBCT).

Digitale Transformatie
Op het gebied van digitale transformatie en verandering kan ik onafhankelijk advies en waarde toevoegen aan uw bedrijf. Binnen mijn MBA (cum laude afgerond in 2020) deed ik onderzoek naar bedrijven die midden in een digitale transformatie zaten. Ik heb mijn thesis geschreven over leiderschapsvaardigheden, digitale vaardigheden en de digitale mindset van medewerkers.
Kortom, gebruikmakend van mijn brede academische achtergrond en internationale ervaring, kan ik een programma ontwerpen, het ondersteunen met technologie en het (zowel online als face-to-face) voor uw teams faciliteren, of het dusdanig inrichten door middel van een train de trainer aanpak dat de kennis binnen uw bedrijf blijft.
Digitale transformatie is complex, dus het kan zijn dat we eerst samen een “virtuele” koffie drinken om de wensen en ideeën te bespreken.
