Testimonials
Jim van Hulst left a lifelong positive impression on me, not only because of his ability to make training relevant and interesting but also because of how he translates it into a language that each person across the business understands.
Jim is a leading professional who dedicates his time to advancing the practices and science of L&D.; He is a role model for many people as a 'serial master' and 'lifelong learner'.
It was a wonderful program! Thanks for sharing your experience over the past six months. With your support, I developed myself as a manager. Thanks, Jim; this was awesome!
Jim delivered a sales program for my top 80 in Lisbon, Portugal. This program was so successful and highly rated that I asked him the year after again in Istanbul, Turkey. That proved to be a success as well. High ratings and high engagement which resulted in measurable outcomes with my sales teams.
In a project lead role, Jim expertly helped us with the challenge of changing from a decentralized to a centrally coordinated induction program. This change contributed to the “we-feeling” of the department and towards efficiency. In addition to providing substantive expertise, both content and educational, Jim has also successfully involved the stakeholders and managed to enthuse them for this central approach. Overall, the project has been highly successful and realized on time with the project team.
