About Jim
Before founding Jignite, I built extensive experience in international organisations, including ING Bank, Johnson Controls, EY and Atos. I also served for twenty years in the Royal Netherlands Army. I am a senior professional with more than 40 years of experience in leadership, learning and development, organisational change and digital transformation. Lifelong learning has always been central to both my work and personal development.
I hold an MSc in Learning Technology from the University of Sheffield, an MBA with distinction from Maastricht School of Management, a bachelor’s degree in educational science from HAN University of Applied Sciences, and a diploma in Business Development and Leadership from Rotterdam School of Management.
I am also a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Social Styles® certified, an internationally accredited IBCT trainer and facilitator, and a CRKBO-registered teacher.
