Ervaring<\/h3>

Voordat ik Jignite<\/a> startte, heb ik bij diverse Fortune 500 bedrijven gewerkt zoals ING bank, Johnson Controls, EY, en Atos. Ook heb ik twintig jaar bij de Koninklijke Landmacht gewerkt. Academische achtergrond<\/h3>

Ik ben een senior professional met meer dan 36 jaar ervaring op het gebied van leiderschap, leren en ontwikkelen. Een leven lang leren en ontwikkelen is echt op mij van toepassing. Ik heb een MSc in leertechnologie van de Universiteit van Sheffield (Engeland), een MBA (met distinctie) van de Maastricht school of Management, een HBO in Opleidingskunde van de Hogeschool Arnhem\/Nijmegen, en een diploma in Business Development & Leadership van de Rotterdam School of Management.<\/p>

Ik heb het geluk gehad om veel te reizen om de door mij ontworpen programmas tevens te faciliteren in verschillende landen. Op de afbeelding rechts is een selectie te zien van de landen die ik bezocht heb en waar ik programma\u2019s heb geleverd. Zoals is te zien betreft dit voornamelijk Europa, Azi\u00eb, het Midden Oosten, Latijns Amerika en de Verenigde Staten.<\/p>\n

Het voordeel van reizen<\/h3>\n

Het voordeel van reizen is het ervaren en leren van andere culturen via, onder anderen, de mensen die je ontmoet en de plaatsen die je bezoekt. Cultureel begrip en bewustzijn is essentieel voor het succesvol leveren van internationale programma’s. Je wilt immers dat deelnemers aan je programma zich volledig kunnen richten op het leren en de het begrijpen van de lesstof en tevens een goede ervaring beleven.
