INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
I have had the privilege of traveling extensively to facilitate the programs I designed in various countries. The image to the right shows a selection of the countries I have visited and where I have delivered programs. As shown, this mainly includes Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and the United States.
The Advantage of Traveling
Traveling offers the unique opportunity to experience and learn from other cultures, through the people you meet and the places you visit. Cultural understanding and awareness are essential for successfully delivering international programs. The goal is for participants to fully focus on learning and understanding the content while also having a positive experience. Respect and understanding of different cultures and religions are therefore crucial qualities of an internationally skilled consultant.
Strengths and Competencies
My added value to your company lies in my expertise across several key areas: Leadership Development, Talent Management, Change Management, Digital Transformation, eLearning, Educational Design, and Learning Technology are my core competencies. In these areas, I can add value to your organization on either an interim or project basis.
Strengths
At a certain point, we all become aware of our strengths and areas for growth, often through feedback from friends, colleagues, and others. To gain deeper insight, I completed the Strengths Finder © test developed by author Tom Rath. The descriptions in the animated pane below are from his book.
